Many mental health support services on Discord suffer from being unmoderated, inconsistent, or lacking in qualified guidance. We’re here to change that. Our Discord bot is part of a broader, carefully developed ecosystem of mental health tools designed with safety, reliability, and expertise at their core.

In addition to Discord, our support tools are available on Slack, Telegram, and a dedicated standalone platform—currently in closed beta—ensuring accessible, multi-channel support for diverse communities.

Before setting up Serenity, ensure that:

* You have Administrator Permissions for the server you are inviting the bot to.
* Your server has community features enabled.
* The bot has administrator permissions. The bot can not operate without administrative permissions.

#### Step 1: Run the Settings Command:

* Type `/settings` in any channel where the bot has access.
  * If you are banned from using Serenity, you will recieve a message stating that you cannot use this command.
  * If you **don’t have Administrator permissions**, the bot will inform you that you cannot use this command.
